Productive Struggle Institute ("PSI," "we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy of learners, families, educators, professional participants, clients, and website users.

PSI exists to help learners, teachers, and leaders grow through challenge, reflection, and intentional practice. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Our goal is simple:

Collect only the information necessary to provide educational services, protect that information responsibly, and never treat participant data as a product to be sold.

Participants are encouraged to review the privacy practices of any third-party service they use while participating in PSI programs.

However, no electronic system can guarantee complete security.

Participants are responsible for protecting their login credentials and maintaining the security of their own devices and accounts.

Participant Rights

Participants may request to:

  • Request access to personal information maintained by PSI
  • Request removal from PSI marketing communications

Certain educational, financial, operational, or legal records may need to be retained even after course completion.

Marketing Communications

PSI may send educational updates, course announcements, newsletters, program information, and other communications related to PSI services. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting PSI directly.

PSI may update this Privacy Policy as programs, technologies, services, and legal requirements evolve.

The most current version will be maintained on the PSI website.

Continued use of PSI services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
